MealManage is simple and intuitive to use. However, you can find step-by-step instructions on the app’s YouTube page HERE if you would like some guidance.

*Please be aware that if you miss the window to order online, you may need to provide your child’s lunch for that month.

Create Your MealManage Account

Get started by creating your MealManage account. Click on your center and follow the prompts. (If the page takes more than a few seconds to load, please hit the refresh button on the browser tab.)

Welcome to the MealManage app!
This is your main screen where you can view and manage your children's lunch orders, even if they attend different centers. To place a lunch order, click the Order Meals button.
After clicking the "Order Meals" button, you'll come to the order calendar. But since you're ordering for next month, you'll need to advance to July by clicking the right arrow button.
Once you're on the correct calendar, click on either the 1st of the month or the first Monday of the month to begin ordering.
Here, you'll see the main course for the meal. To view the rest of the lunch, click on the down-arrow to the right of "Side".
To order the meal, simply click once on it. (Clicking more than once can add extra orders, so please make sure the quantity displayed in the red circle displays "1".)
Here is a sample of the day's menu with the Sides expanded. Again, when you select the main course, all sides are automatically included with the meal. (While you can click the Sides buttons, doing so does not affect the order.)
As you advance through each day, you'll see that both holidays and weekends will display a note stating that the date is a holiday. There are no selections to make on these days. Simply advance to the next day.
And here we are again on the next day that a selection is available. After you have added your orders for each day, click the Go To Order Summary button at the bottom to review your order.
Here, you can review your order and change quantities if you accidentally ordered more than one. To add a day, simply return to your Order Summary at the top. When you're satisfied with your order, click the Go To Payment Summary button.
Once on the Payment Summary screen, click the Pay With Card button.
MealManage uses Stripe to process payments. If you already have a Stripe account associated with the email address assigned to your MealManage account, you may see saved payment methods here. Otherwise, continue by adding a payment method, then click the Pay button. Your payment method will be saved for next time.

Watch for Notifications

Each month, you will receive an email notification when the order form for the following month’s lunches is made available. The order form will remain open until about a week before the end of the current month. As the order deadline approaches, two reminders will be sent to your email. If you are not receiving notifications, please check your spam/junk folder.
