I have worked at Tender Years in Mechanicsburg for almost 2 years now. I honestly consider this place my home. The Director, Courtney, is the best boss I’ve worked for. We work hard daily to make sure all standards are met within our classrooms. I am currently going back to school to further my education, and advance within the Early Childhood Education field. Thanks to Tender Years, it was really easy for me to have this awesome benefit! I feel this will continue to be my home long after my education is finished.
