With our Camp Hill center’s Kindergarten Open House quickly approaching (more on that below), we thought it would be a great time to share some exciting news coming from our current class of Kindergartners. Plus, if you’re exploring Kindergarten options for your child, then you may be interested in this announcement as their recent achievement illustrates the kind of learning experiences they can expect.
Over the last several weeks, our Kindergarten students have been working hard to create 33 bird houses to put on display at the upcoming “Art In The Wild” event at Wildwood Park. The project gave them an opportunity to explore their creativity, encourage (and be encouraged by) classmates, and practice their fine motor skills. By the time the project was over and their pieces were finished, the children were beaming with a sense of accomplishment and pride!
Our class project is even featured in The Burg Magazine! Check it out here: https://theburgnews.com/culture/beauty-natural-manmade-art-wild-returns.
We hope you’ll visit the exhibit and see what our students are so proud to have created! Their pieces will be on display at the Art In The Wild exhibit at Wildwood Park in Dauphin County (100 Wildwood Park Way, Harrisburg) from April 11 to October 31. For more information on the exhibit, visit http://www.wildwoodlake.org/.
